Large Hospitality Greenfield Site Hire
The sites provides the opportunity to put together your own hospitality facility, and to date has been hired by both events operators and individual companies entertaining for the week. Site dimensions and river frontage are variable according to the number of guests.
The site hire charge is on a price per guest basis (£POA) and includes the following:
- Greenfield site with river frontage on the Regatta course
- Water
- Car parking
- Rubbish disposal (from bins & skips provided)
- Advance ordering for programmes

Event Space for Hire at Henley Regatta
Exclusive use of Event Space (Courtyard Enclosure) at Henley Regatta for your event, product launch or summer party.
Henley Regatta marquee capacity upto 1000, parking adjacent to the enclosure, private luxury toilets and riverside garden.
Event agencies – If you wish to provide your own themeing, furniture entertainment this is also possible by prior arrangement. Unbranded catering is available from our onsite caterers.
