• 2nd,3rd or 4th Row Spaces are 6m x 6m for minibuses. Minibuses (8-20 seats)
• NEW for 2012 ! Farm Reserved VIP1 area aprox 7m X 3m VIP2 10 X 3.5m – No cars permitted in this area but fantastic river views and fenced to the front and rear, a 6 X 3m gazebo is included in the price for use during the day ***
• Picnic Lunches and private catering by Mosimanns available to be delivered to your Reserved parking and picnic spot. Staffing options available for private catering.

** Please note that for 2012 Farm Reserved will be in a new location with gate control, each space will be allocated a maximum of 10 wristbands. If you’re expecting more guests you will need to purchase an additional space. Farm Reserved will have a new entrance/access, details of which will be sent with your tickets.
*** This is a new area within the new reserved parking area, no cars are permitted in this area and a gazebo 6m X3m will be on your pitch on arrival. Please book picnic tables as required at the time of booking.

Coaches are not permitted in reserved car parking.

Disabled Access Please advise at the time of booking if you or anyone in your party are registered disabled.

If you wish to leave your car parked overnight, please ensure you purchase a pass for Remenham Hillside car park. Cars parked overnight will need to be moved by 9.00am the following day, unless a valid car park pass for that day is also displayed.

Parking Information

Reserved Front Row spaces are 9m deep x 3m wide. 2nd, 3rd or 4th Row spaces are 6m x 3m for cars and 6m x 6m for minibuses. Minibuses (8-20 seats) are not permitted on the Front Row. Coaches (21 + seats) are not permitted in reserved car parking.

All Friday & Saturday car parking & minibus passes include priority passes for the Barn Bar for each vehicle occupant over 21 years. Maximum of 10 per car. Coach passes include 25 wristbands. Additional passes can be purchased as required.

If you wish to leave your car parked overnight, please ensure you purchase a pass for Remenham Hillside car park. Cars parked overnight will need to be moved by 9.00am the following day, unless a valid car park pass for that day is also displayed.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Conditions / Details

• All reserved parking spaces are sold on the basis of private non-commercial use. Commercial operation is not permitted unless agreed in writing, in advance, with The Copas Partnership. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings, which do not adhere to this.
• A maximum number of ten people throughout the day and evening (cars) and 20 for Minibus spaces will be allowed per reserved parking space to ensure the comfort of all reserved car park guests and capacity control.
• Minibuses are not permitted in the front row spaces.
• Coaches are not permitted within the reserved car parks but can be accommodated in our standard car parks.
• Reserved parking spaces must be vacated by midnight each day. Overnight parking is available nearby in our Remenham Hillside car park; cars will need to be moved by 9.00am the following day, unless a valid car park pass for that day is also displayed.
• When bringing large vehicles, e.g. limousines, we need the dimensions of the vehicle and additional spaces may need to be purchased to accommodate the size of the vehicle.
• If you have any special requests, e.g. to be located near the entrance or another booking name, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate these requests.
• All our car and minibus parking space prices include admission to the Barn Bar area on Regatta Friday and Saturday. Barn Bar wristbands will be handed out to vehicle occupants on arrival. Coach passes include 25 Barn Bar wristbands. Additional wristbands can be bought on the day.
• Please be aware that a mixed crowd of people attend the Regatta each year. Whilst we do expect high spirits we ask all our customers to be sure that their behaviour does not blight other groups' enjoyment.
• We reserve the right to ensure that any customers we consider to be causing offence to others leave the site.
• We will not be liable for death or injury (except in the case of proven negligence), or for damage to any property, or for any losses or other liability incurred by you or any other person connected with your booking.
• All vehicles and property are left entirely at the owners own risk whilst at Remenham Farm. We do not accept liability for any damage or theft that may occur.

Gazebos

• We are happy for you to erect small garden gazebos in the picnic areas next to your vehicle, provided that they fit comfortably in your own space and do not block the view or encroach on other customers' spaces. Gazebos without backs and sides are permitted in the front row.
• We reserve the right to request their removal if they do not adhere to this.
• Farm Reserved VIP areas come with a standard gazebo.

Barbeques

• No BBQs are permitted in the Reserved Parking area, we reserve the right to extinguish any BBQs.
