Summary of Campsite Terms and Conditions

Camping passes are valid from midday to 9:00am the following day. Camping wristbands must be worn at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without a camping wristband.
Please note the price quoted includes 1 person or one vehicle for campers and caravans. Every individual staying in the campsite will need a wristband.
We reserve the right to ensure that any customers we consider to be causing offence to others leave the site. We reserve the right to refuse entry, even with a valid booking.
We will not be liable for death or injury (except in the case of proven negligence), or for damage to any property, or for any losses or other liability incurred by you or any other person connected with your booking.

No under 18's unless accompanied by a parent / guardian. Suitable identification will be required on arrival.
No underage drinking in the campsite. We reserve the right to ensure that any campers who cannot show suitable identification leave the site.
Barbeques and campfires are not permitted in the camping area at any time. We reserve the right to extinguish any barbeques or fires. No candles are to be used at any time. If the conditions permit a designated BBQ area will be provided.
Please do not smoke inside tents, and please ensure that any cigarettes are fully extinguished.
We do not allow dogs in the campsite at any time. Guide Dogs by Prior arrangement.
Noise level is to be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
Please be aware that a mixed crowd of people attend the Regatta each year. Whilst we do expect high spirits we ask all our customers to be sure that their behaviour does not blight other groups' enjoyment.

Vehicles may be used for the purpose of leaving and entering the park only and must be parked in the designated car park at all other times We do not allow people to sleep in cars.
Vehicles are not permitted in the campsite area. A separate car parking area is provided adjacent to the campsite.
Please note car park gates will be locked from 12.30am - 6.30am.
Dangerous driving will result in immediate removal from the venue. Driving under the influence of alcohol will be reported to the police and you will be removed from site.
All vehicles and property are left entirely at the owner's own risk whilst at Remenham Farm. We do not accept liability for any damage or theft that may occur.
Only cars for customers staying at the campsite are permitted in the campsite car park. Anyone parking in the area not staying at the campsite will be asked to leave.
Standard Campervan is upto 6m, a Large campervan is over 6m.

All bookings are online via Ticketline. By purchasing from Ticketline you will be asked to accept their terms and conditions at the time of booking.
