The Shopping Village

Our Trade Stand Shopping Village is located at Remenham Farm, situated approximately half way between the Start and Finish of the Henley Royal Regatta course, on the racing side of the river. It is sited near to the Barn Bar and Redgrave Bar and reserved riverside car parking area.

For 2011 the Riverside Cafe will provide a centre point in the middle of the back section of trade stands for shoppers to relax with a coffee and home-made cakes in the Shopping Village. Stop by for Afternoon Tea!

All stands are allocated on a first come, first served basis, however, we will take requests for favoured positions within the run, which we will do our best to accommodate.

What's Included

• Our Shopping Village is located approximately half way between the Start and Finish of the Royal Regatta course, just off the public towpath

• Trading Hours 10.30am – 5.00pm although you may trade longer if you wish

• Units from 3m x 3m to 3m x 6m, larger units are also available on request

• Link from www.henleyregatta.com (Over 30,000 Unique Visitors per year) to your website and your logo or product image and a brief description.

• Link up via Twitter and facebook.

• A cafe will be positioned at the centre of the village with seating in the display garden

• Camping for trade stand holders

• Shower and toilet unit for trade stand holders only

• Allocated parking space (one vehicle per booking)

• Access to the Barn Bar on Friday/Saturday nights for Over 21s

• Overnight security

Further Information

Attendance
As a non-ticketed event, the precise attendance during the Henley Royal Regatta is extremely difficult to gauge. We would estimate, however, the passing trade on the towpath each day to be 5,000 - 20,000, the peak day being Saturday.
